Bryn Dunn is a finance executive with more than 15 years of experience across investment banking, FP&A, and CFO roles at high-growth healthcare and technology companies. She has led finance functions through rapid scale and major transitions, with a focus on financial modeling, long-range forecasting, and turning analysis into decisions leadership can act on. She is also a board advisor to early-stage companies.
Over her career, Bryn’s work has included leading FP&A teams, developing corporate strategy, raising capital, building executive reporting and finance infrastructure, and helping lead a company through its IPO. Before moving into operating roles, she advised on middle-market M&A transactions across a range of industries as an investment banker, gaining deep experience in valuation, strategic positioning, and transaction execution.
At HMD, Bryn serves as Finance, Capital & Corporate Strategy Board Advisor, providing strategic guidance on healthcare finance and practice economics, financial modeling and planning, business and pricing models, capital strategy and investor readiness, and corporate development, including M&A and strategic partnerships.
Bryn holds a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
