Shelley Wisnowski, MHA, PT

Shelley Wisnowski is a healthcare executive, licensed Physical Therapist, and commercial growth leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning clinical care, healthcare operations, business development, strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing.

Her career has progressed from frontline clinical practice to leadership roles including Rehabilitation Director, Regional Manager, and senior business development executive. In 2006, Shelley was selected to build and lead the sales and marketing function at Select Rehabilitation. During her 20 years leading the team, Select grew to become the largest contract rehabilitation company in the United States.

Shelley has extensive experience developing commercial pipelines, building and leading sales and marketing teams, cultivating relationships with C-suite healthcare executives, and developing partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. She has also worked closely with major national healthcare associations, including LeadingAge, Argentum, AJAS, and AHCA, to strengthen industry relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and support initiatives focused on improving care delivery.

Throughout her career, Shelley has also championed the introduction of emerging technologies and innovative solutions into healthcare organizations, bringing together commercial strategy, clinical insight, and an understanding of the needs of healthcare providers and operators.

As HMD’s Partnerships & Commercial Growth Board Advisor, Shelley provides strategic guidance on partnerships, business development, enterprise relationships, go-to-market strategy, and commercial growth, helping HMD build meaningful relationships across the healthcare ecosystem and identify opportunities for sustainable expansion.

Shelley currently serves on the advisory boards of Mynd Immersive, The Thrive Center, and VirtuSense, where she contributes her expertise in healthcare, rehabilitation, commercialization, and strategic growth.
