Nancy DiGioacchino brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, technology, insurance, governance, compliance, quality, privacy, and enterprise risk management. As HMD’s Healthcare Governance, Risk & Compliance Board Advisor, she provides strategic oversight to help ensure that HMD’s growth, digital transformation, and AI-enabled healthcare initiatives are grounded in strong governance, regulatory resilience, ethical leadership, and responsible risk management.

Nancy currently serves as Vice President of Quality Management and Global Compliance at Florence Healthcare, where she leads global quality and compliance systems and supports technology-enabled healthcare operations across multiple jurisdictions. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Truepill, overseeing compliance, privacy, security, and quality during a period of rapid growth. Her career spans healthcare, pharmaceutical/life sciences, insurance, and technology organizations, with a consistent focus on translating complex regulatory requirements into practical frameworks that enable responsible growth and operational scale.

Her board and advisory experience includes serving as Board Secretary and Chair of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee for Southern Guaranty Insurance Company, as well as advisory and non-executive roles focused on governance, ethics, responsible AI, and organizational growth. She is also a founding Advisory Board Member of Boards of the Future™ and serves as a Non-Executive Director and Ethics, Governance & Growth Advisor to Friend N Pal, an AI-enabled mental health technology company.
