Tracy Lewis is the Founding Chief Experience & Engagement Officer at HMD, leading the development of an exceptional physician experience and a highly engaged HMD community.
Tracy is a healthcare and digital health leader with more than a decade of experience across healthcare, digital health, pharmaceuticals, education, and financial services. Before joining HMD, she held leadership positions at Hinge Health and Noom, where she led healthcare coaching and engagement teams, developed high-performing teams, and drove initiatives focused on member engagement, retention, quality, and outcomes.
Throughout her career, Tracy has built expertise in healthcare operations, people leadership, program development, organizational transformation, performance management, and customer and member experience. She has also served as an adjunct professor in Allied Health Sciences, bringing a strong background in education and professional development.
At HMD, Tracy works across the organization to strengthen the physician journey, community, programs, and engagement experience as HMD grows. She also co-hosts the HMD Podcast, helping connect physicians and healthcare leaders through conversations on leadership, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and the future of healthcare.
Tracy holds a Master of Arts in Education from Aquinas College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
