Minna Cross is a strategic data and analytics leader with 11+ years of experience transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business, product, and operational decision-making. With deep expertise in healthcare analytics, HIPAA/PHI/PII data, data governance, SQL, Python, Snowflake, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and business intelligence, she brings a strong combination of technical analytics and business strategy to HMD.

At HMD, Minna leads the development of the company’s data and analytics foundation, helping establish reliable data models, performance metrics, dashboards, and decision-support frameworks across HMD’s growing platform. She is focused on translating complex data into meaningful insights that support product development, physician engagement, operational performance, and long-term strategic growth.

Her previous experience includes building board-level analytics, real-time healthcare operational reporting, automated analytics workflows, service-level and revenue-risk monitoring systems, and self-service business intelligence platforms. She has worked extensively with healthcare systems, EMRs, pharmacy operations, claims data, and compliance-sensitive datasets, giving her a strong understanding of the data infrastructure required to scale healthcare technology responsibly.
